After a particularly stressful week at work, I was ready for a much needed mini-vacation. I took Friday off (in anticipation for State Baseball, which we did not make it to) and we took off Thursday night for Lake Kanopolis. We woke late Friday and lazed around. The girls, of course, made the trip and even got to go down to the water a few times.
My awesome nephew, Ledger, was there with
Mommy and Daddy, as well as Oma and DoDah. We had a blast playing cards, riding in the boat, and seeing our family.
Josh even wakeboarded! Broken collarbone? What broken collarbone?
Ledger got a personal hairstyle from his Auntie Em and even enjoyed cruising in the boat with her.

Chris thinks that this picture of Josh wakeboarding looks like a postcard. :) We sure had a great time and Ledger sure enjoyed some time with his aunty Em.
